I have 10 years working experience. My  career started in 2011 as a Letsema Learner in the Vaal Area after which In I was appointed permanently as a Customer Service Consultant in Retail Banking, where my duties were to service walk in clients. I was then promoted to the position of Sales Consultant where I acquired much needed sales experience.

In 2017 I took up the position of a Transactional Banker in Private Bank. Some of my duties were to assist my Private Banker with sales, processing of credit applications, administration functions and maintenance of customer records relative to legislative & compliance requirements. In this role I built healthy & long lasting customer relationships, by ensuring that customers banking needs were fully met.

The skills I have acquired in my banking career will hold me in good stead for any job that I may apply for.

I have been nominated eight times as best Customer Services Clerk - 2015.

I was awarded a certificate for Sales Hero whilst in the Learnership Program - 2011

and was also nominated for excellent customer service by a colleague and received a R2000 cash incentive - 2018.
