I am currently a Performance Monitoring And Evaluation Administrative Officer at the Strategic Planning & Monitoring and Evaluation Chief Directorate at Gauteng Department of Social Development for 12 years; my duties also include:
- Team leading the Tshwane Regional Office team on overall Performance Monitoring and Evaluation for the 2018/19 financial year.
- Provide support in monitoring programme performance and NPO visit as stated in the SLA.
- Assist and support in the strategic planning, Departmental Annual Performance Plan and Departmental operational planning.
- Consolidate and quality assurance of accurate, valid and detailed monthly and quarterly programme performance reports.
- Capacity building on M&E policy, framework, processes and tools with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and information dissemination sessions, trainings and follow up meetings.
- Team member in the Data Analytics Team, responsible for the HOD, MEC and Portfolio committee analysis reports and presentations.
- Team member in the Performance Information Management System team.
