About Charneigh Okkers:

I am currently a HR Management student, completed N4, in process of N5.  I have over 7 years administrative experience within Supervisory & Management roles.  

Experience

I have 13 experience in the retail & fashion industry.  About 7-9 years include Senior roles in boutique management.  Administration has always been apart of my role.  I have experience in selected HR departments EG. Recruitment, Payroll, Training and development.  I have good customer service and communication skills.  I have computer knowledge and am a people's person. I represent leadership qualities.  I require exposure to a more HR focused environment.

Education

I am currently an HR student, taking up part time studies at Northlink College.  I have completed N4 level and obtain an N4 HR Certificate.  I am currently busy with my N5 of which I completed Labour Relations and Personnel Training. My remaining N5 subjects include Entrepreneurship and Personnel Management of which I will be starting July 2024 to complete December 2024 after which I will start with my N6, I am required to do an 18 month practical before receiving my HR Diploma.
