I am an experienced HR professional and senior business analyst with over 28 years of professional experience and 26 years of higher education. Throughout my career, I have managed extensive Human Resources and HR Information Systems (HRIS) responsibilities, including contributing to the entire software development life cycle, from initial business requirements to testing, training, and production support.
As part of a Senior Business Analyst's duties, I aligned manual and automated Human Resource business processes with compliance and controls, such as regulations, policies and procedures. My current position affords me the opportunity to acquire proficiency in resource compliance management, risk management, workflow processes, and project management. I collaborate closely with the Department of Internal Audit & Compliance Services and the Information Governance Office on each of my projects.
