I am a qualified health care assistant /caregiver 

I have home based care certificate 

First aid level 1 and 3 certificate

Diploma in nursing and patient care 

And I have in this field of care since 2017 until now. 

I am a goal achiever, self motivated, I adhere to rules, I have good time management skills, charismatic, empathy, I can do it attitude, carering, goal oriented and attentive to details. 

I have worked in different home facilities and have gained so much experience in dealing with people who have different health conditions such as, hypertension, paralysis, dimentia, sugar diabetis, epileptic, stroke, bedridden, skin condition, transplants, surgeries and more 

I have experience in wound care, able to check vitals such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, oxygen circulation in blood, recording vitals and updating patient daily progress charts. 

Can do massages, help with bathing care, grooming, dressing, medication, ambulation doctors appointments, excersises, social activities and more. 

My experience in care 

I have more than four years experience I have so far worked with people of different backgrounds and health conditions such as, stroke, dimentia, epileptic, sugar diabetic, surgeries and implants, hypertensive, bedridden, skin conditions, paralysis and more. 

Recording patient progress charts, checking and recording vitals, helping with medication intake, bath care, mobility, dressing and grooming, social activities, excersises, doctors appointments, massages, running errands and keeping them active by engaging them into different kinds of activities.

Allison international certificate it took me 3 months to complete this diploma because of anganging into other activities like baking business as well as part time work
