I have been in the Collections department  for 5yrs and 6 months at Wns TGP campaign in Claremont..

I put my team first and assist in every possible way by checking their daily KPI's, time keeping, one on one sessions .. 

I also Issue RODs for late coming and not reaching the team targets.. I do daily dip checks to see if the Teams are processing the accounts correctly.
