As a Digital Content Team Lead and member of the Management Committee, I oversee a team of four, driving the daily operations of the department for both existing clients and new business opportunities. My role involves leveraging expertise in content management systems, keyword research, social media platforms, SEO, and SEM to provide creative direction and support internal teams. Additionally, I manage administrative functions, streamline processes for efficient work delivery, and ensure integration between departments. I also analyze department hours to assess efficiency and capacity.

My responsibilities extend to influencer management, where I create monthly influencer briefs aligned with the marketing calendar, guide content production, and measure influencer performance through key metrics. I lead the development of content strategies, guiding the team in creating client-aligned, engaging content, and managing the editorial calendar. I am also involved in content calendar creation, content research, and staying updated on digital trends, using data-driven insights to provide real-time suggestions and improve efficiency through AI implementation.
