I am a highly self-motivated, fast learning and hardworking bookkeeper with over 19 years’ experience with various roles and responsibilities in the transport and logistics industry.

 Timeline driven, I can work well under pressure to meet deadlines

 I have strong organising abilities and pay great attention to detail. 

My understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices are excellent, and regularly works with multiple currencies in my current position in the complex transport and logistics industry.

Core function involves books to trial balance and assisting the accountant with reconciling the general ledger and income statement accounts, up to sign-off. 

I am in the process of completing my Financial Accounting Certification through ICB and have already successfully completed 3 of the modules.

Capable of working independently. I work well with my team to meet the required deadlines. I hold good relationships with all levels of personnel. I am always willing to go the extra mile to assist both our clients and other staff to ensure everything works at it best achievable result. 

Willing to learn and as well as teach and assist other staff in need of direction or guidance. 

Knowledgeable in various computer packages and comfortable learning new software.
