A proud holder of a Law degree with post qualification in Risk Management as well as more than 17 years of knowledge and experience in the field. Apart from my ability to oversee legal processes, I am fully competent in analyzing complex situations (inclusive of legal, credit, agreements, insurance, client/ customer relations, risk) and am able to present sound recommendations both orally and in writing.

Proficient in conducting investigations and research, facilitating HR and disciplinary enquiries, managing and coaching staff as well as engaging with stakeholders inclusive and not limited to clients, attorneys, auditors, liquidators, tracing and guarding companies.

Ex- chairperson of the School Governing Body (7yrs) and was involved in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, governance inclusive of policies and procedural requirements and people management.
