Throughout my career, I have overseen key HR functions including recruitment and retention, performance management, policy development, employee engagement, and compliance with employment and labor laws. At  Rance Timber, I led a team that redesigned our talent acquisition process, resulting in a reduction in hiring time and improved candidate quality. I also introduced a performance appraisal system that boosted employee satisfaction and accountability.
