Cecil Plaatjies

Currently, I am pursuing my honors degree in data science at the University of the Free State. I am highly intrigued by the process of deriving insights from data to facilitate well-informed decision-making. My approach is characterized by critical thinking and analytical reasoning. Being able to communicate and present my findings is one of my strong points.

I have never worked in the industry before. I completed my matric in 2019 and have been studying since then. Recently, I participated in a vacation work program at a company called BBD through the university, specifically at their Johannesburg branch.

I graduated in May 2023 from Sol Plaatje University with a Bsc degree in Data Science. I am doing my honours, full time at the University of the Free State this year.
