Carol Mmakola

Carol Mashane Mmakola is an accomplished financial professional with a strong foundation in accounting and a recent career pivot into e-commerce business analysis. She brings a wealth of experience from various industries, having worked in roles such as Financial Accountant at Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) and Silverbridge Holdings, as well as a Cluster Accountant at Recruitco.

At OneCart, now part of Massmart, Carol has excelled in building financial models, analyzing e-commerce transactions, and providing strategic insights that drive business growth. Her treasury experience at RMB, where she managed liquidity and evaluated multimillion-rand deals, has equipped her with a deep understanding of financial processes and risk management.
