I have been in the customer service environment for over 12 years.

I have been serving and assisting customers telephonically. I am passionate about customers and good service. I have dealt with difficult unhappy and vulnerable customers. I also have the side whereby I love the technical environment as well. I see it as a learning curve.

I have a Grade 12 and have done part time short courses as well. This being office xp and office Administration as well pastel.
