- Making sure all personal files is in perfect order
- Submitted Sales Register daily for the Heidelberg Branch
- Making sure Target gets reached everyday by closing all invoices
- Assisting walk in clients
- Assisting clients with payments
- Dealing with Technical calls daily
- Transferred Stock to Technicians bin
- Closed open jobs (voided calls/ moved appointments)
- Notifying clients daily about appointments made via SMS
- Organizing all paper work (Quotations, contracts, Invoices and more)
- Microsoft Word, Windows 10, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working on SAP
- Working on Listener program
- Submitted IOD paperwork to the Branch Manager
