About Carla Scheepers:

I have been in the LCL groupage industry for almost 16 years. Have experience in both import and export operations, as well as internal and external sales. Other than currently running our Cape Town branch, I am also the trade lane manager for the Mediterranean. Loyal, hard working, committed and passionate about this business has always been my motto. I'm a peoples person, enjoy dealing with customers and good at reading people and situations. A special skill of mine would be problem solving, due to the challenges we continuously experience in this industry.

Experience

7 Years in the liner industry (MOL) in the Logistics dept, then the Trade dept and finished off as Team leader in the Pricing dept. From there I moved to the groupage industry (ILA which became Vanguard Logistics) where I've been for the last almost 16 years. Started in export operations, then import operations, internal sales, external sales and Branch Manager.
