• Provide first line tech support to Head Office staff and remote support
• Setup of new workstations for users at Head Office
• Troubleshoot Desktop hardware & software , printers , network server issues
  at Head Office
• Troubleshoot Desktop hardware & software Biometrics, POS software, POS
  printers, LTE routers
• Procurement of I.T stock and management of stock levels for Head Office and stores
•  Create, update, and close tickets daily on Kaseya ticketing System
•  Log and escalate calls with 3rd party vendors
• Remote support provided over Teamviewer, Anydesk and Kaseya RMM
• Provide professional after hours telephonic and remote support when on duty
  as determined by the needs of the business.
• Creation and Management of Active Directory accounts on Windows server 2012 
• Creation of 365 accounts, assigning licenses, creation of distribution groups,
  share d mailboxes, as signing mailbox permissions , and performing other tasks
  on Exchange Admin portal
• Creation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of POP accounts on onsite server
• Creation and management of file shares on File server
• Setup, management and troubleshooting of VOIP phones at Head Office
• Experience with creation and management of 365 Share point sites
• Adoption and management of Unifi APs on the Cloud Controller
