Experiential training (10 months) at ARC Nietvoorbij. Worked on a vinegar fermentation project as well as a MCC wine one. I picked up Microbiology and Chemistry skills.
As part of my honours I had a six months laboratory based project. I worked with H9c2 rat ventricular cardiomyoblast. I extracts phytochemicals front hops and treated the heart cells with it.
