Caleb Mack

My name is Caleb Mack. I am hard working, honest and reliable. Fit and in good health. I have worked in different industries and have gained good knowledge and experience. These experiences have taught me numerous skills such as time management, leadership, communication, attention to detail and how to work not only hard but smart. 

From the age of 18 to 27 I worked as a trade sign writer and managed a factory of 10 employees. I oversaw the daily operations and operated the machinery. 

I then had the opportunity to work for a company within the wind industry for two years as a cherry picker operator and technician of wind turbine installations and quickly moved up to be a team leader. As a team leader my daily tasks were to manage a team of 30 people and provide KPI's, stock control, quality inspections and more.

Grade 10 at Dale Boys College High School. Left to follow a trade.
