I bring over a decade of experience in operations, coordination and executive support, helping organisations run smoothly while driving process improvement, team efficiency and stakeholder alignment. My background spans tech startups, sports organisations and international projects, where I’ve managed scheduling, recruitment, documentation, system administration and large-scale event logistics. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where precision, adaptability and clear communication are critical.

Alongside my operations career, I coach high-capacity individuals and teams as a side practice, guiding them in emotional clarity, nervous system regulation and intelligent decision-making. This work draws on neuroscience, behavioural insights and my upcoming book Decoding Emotions: A Neurological Perspective. Ultimately, my goal is to transition into coaching full time, but right now I’m equally energised by opportunities to contribute operational excellence to growing teams.
