In my reception work, I managed front desk operations, greeted and assisted visitors, handled phone calls, and performed administrative tasks, contributing to smooth office operations. Additionally, i have an Advanced Diploma in Facility Management, where I gained expertise in maintaining and managing building facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing maintenance strategies. This advanced qualification also covered areas such as sustainability, energy management,property law, supply chain and regulatory compliance, preparing me for roles that require oversight of facility operations and infrastructure management.
