Brett Rogers

I am currently a Senior Creative Manager at Freshnow where I am responsible for all aspects of Influence campaigns. From strategy and creative direction, to influencer selection and management all the way through to content creation, final delivery and reporting

From 2017 - 2025 was the Influence Lead at The HaveYouHeard Group, where I collaborated with project leads and clients to develop and execute influence strategies. I managed all aspects of campaigns—from sourcing and securing talent to overseeing content creation and reporting—ensuring smooth execution and meaningful results across all our local and global campaigns

Before that, I held the role of Culture Lead, responsible for internal knowledge-sharing and external trend representation. During this time, I launched @thisisin__ on Instagram and created the bi-weekly trend report, SNACKS, which tracked local and global cultural shifts. Now at its 101st issue, both SNACKS and @thisisin__ became central to HaveYouHeard’s hiring practices and client-facing work.

I also mentored new hires, supporting them in navigating the agency’s culture and operations. Alongside this, I led the internal insights department, gathering and interpreting cultural trends to inform creative work. I also conceptualized and developed HYH merchandise informed by those insights.

For four years, I contributed to CapeTalk as a bi-monthly trendspotter, representing the agency and offering commentary on emerging shifts in culture and behaviour.

From 2022 to 2024, I also worked as a TikTok Talent Manager at Grail Talent, a global influencer management agency, supporting a diverse portfolio of creators.
