I am a rugby coach for Rugga Roots, Cape Town and would like
to apply for the physical coach position. I have experience in coaching rugby
and helping children improve their rugby skills. I am also an experienced
personal and online trainer. I’ve worked at Forever Strong in Vredekloof,
assisting clients and groups with conditioning, rehabilitation, maintaining a
healthy lifestyle and formed part of a coaching team starting a strength
academy. While coaching juniors, I also had private gym clients.
I provide excellent fitness and skills developing motivation while
maintaining a professional and well-balanced lifestyle. I love
working with people, setting up training plans for individuals,
motivate them and helping them become the best version of
themselves.
