About Brendon Braun:

An admitted legal practitioner with in-depth experience and expertise in labour, insurance, commercial (insolvency and business rescue), criminal, and construction litigation with fields of interest in public and administrative, delict and medical negligence as well as general litigation.

A niche area of law that I have developed experience and expertise in is Sports Law. My sports law practice focuses on dispute resolution before the South African Football Association’s (SAFA) judicial bodies, the Premier Soccer League Dispute Resolution Chamber (the DRC), and the High Court in review, urgent, and application proceedings. 

I have acted both for and against the top clubs in the country in different forums.
