I love what i do in my job. Administrator is my A game. I love to learn more and new things. I am very strict in my job and perfections and neat and 100% trustworthy. If there is a problem a get a solution. Let's rather argue with a solution then to no solution and time that is lost is unacceptable. If your employees are happy in the company, then they will treat the clients with respect. The client always comes first. Is our income. I love it when the business does good and keep growing. thru hard work and dedication, we can let the company runs smooth. Everyone should be handle with respect and help each other. Yes or no not in between. That who I am. I also have a soft spot but don't even try but if you give me a chocolate, I will forgive you this time but next time you know I have warned you. I am hardworking woman and love life.

At the last job i implemented a whole new administrative system in excel. I have made pay slips, quotation and invoicing, monthly and yearly reports, income and expenses, created order numbers, making and filing files, employee's contracts and a summary of sick leave and yearly leave, and helping the employees to do their best teach them. I did run most of the companies as a sole lady. 

I have gone in Namibia Eros Girls School and did my certificate education in Commerce N1 and N2.
