I'm currently working as a fresh manager at one of SA's big retail store and dedicate myself to my daily duties. I have been in business for 10 years and what I like about my job is that I get new challenges everyday and that helps me to grow especially my analytical skills as well as my calm temperament when under pressure. My management skills also improve as I get to meet different characters in my team while changing store and given the size of the company I get to keep up with the ever changing dynamics and models of doing business especially in times when businesses have to align themselves with new ways of doing business. 

In summary I can say I'm in charge of maximizing sales and turnover in a fresh department as well as meeting targets on waste and shrink. I place the orders and manage stock control for my department to achieve gross margin  targets. In charge of managing a minimum of 20 staff,sales analysis as well as waste analysis and reporting. Communicate with different suppliers. 

I have technical grade 12(makabelane technical and commercial high school) and also completed studies with the company for basic management skills(pick n pay retailers)
