About Bonolo Moletsane:
A 27-year-old goal-driven young lady who started as an Office Administrator and is now an Office Manager at a law firm in Bloemfontein.
I obtained my Matric in 2014 and my short term goal include completing my studies and obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree as i am currently a part-time student at Unisa. I have a code B driver’s license and own transportation.
I pride myself in being devoted to a task or purpose and completing my tasks beyond expectations at all times.

Office Manager and Administrator/:
-Oversee the firms compliance company documents.
-Draft invoices and follow up on payments.
-Insure that company Audits are in order (communicate with Auditors).
- support colleague's with their files in the case of them being either on leave or business trips.
-Personal Assistant to Director of Firm.
- Manage office Petty cash, Invoices and file movements as per matter and time frame estimated.
- Look for Legal services bids and do Panel research and applications.
- Supervise and provide financial administration support.
- Handle Late Estate files, draft and compile Liquid and Distribution accounts and update and communicate with clients and 3rd parties as and when needed for completion of file/ matter.
-insure that all admin files are in order.
