My name is Bongiwe Sikhosane, I am a highly motivated young woman, who is goal-driven, and very passionate about her career and self-development. I describe myself as a reliable, accountable, and inquisitive person.

I aim to see myself growing and developing professionally within my career field. This will only happen if I will not limit myself, am eager to learn, am productive, innovative, disciplined, respect time, and have a good attitude. My work experience, fortunately, comes with knowledge of recruitment, training and development, Employment Equity (EE), Broad-Base Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), Socio-Economic Development (SED), Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) knowledge, and general Hr administration and ad-hoc.
