I am Bongiwe Khumalo and I'm 24 years old. I currently reside in Vosloorus. I have a diploma in Food and Beverage Operations from the University of Johannesburg.
I am a results driven individual and very mindful of the impact my work as an extension of the brand or business. I am a passionate individual with impeccable work ethic.
I have transferable soft skills such as interpersonal skills, I am able to work well with others but I do enjoy some independence from time to time. I have no issues adapting to change. The jobs I have had previously allowed me to think on my feet and solve problems, thus I have strong problem solving skills.
Experience
My most recent job, I was a customer service representative at Webhelp, for an American mobile service provider. This role entailed resolving customer complaints, explaining and addressing any bill discrepancies. I also troubleshooted devices, made changes to customer accounts and promoted products as per customer needs. I worked for Webhelp for 5 months.
I also worked as a medical records retriever at IntelliBPO. My role entailed doing research on doctors and calling their offices to confirm location and fax over medical records request forms for medical claims. I also followed on requests to ensure a quick turnaround time and also processed payments. I retrieved medical records for 7 months.
I was also a Food and Beverage Operations Intern for Feedem. In this role I prepared meals, received stock and stored it properly. I also supported my manager in day to day operations and maintained a hygienically clean working environment. I was an intern for 6 months.
Education
I have a diploma in Food and Beverage Operations from the University of Johannesburg. I obtained this diploma in 2022.
