To improve quality systems, culture and processes by introducing new ideas and new quality behaviors encouraging continuous compliance, safety and laboratory standards.

Working with the team, standardising documents, train employees on SOPs, ensure compliance to policies and requirements, and conformance to product specification and Safety standards. ISO 9001 & FSC maintenance and Internal auditing, supplier audits and customer complaints investigation via root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Continuous improvement of the products and processes. 

I’ve recently participated in a Lean Six Sigma Certification Program and was awarded with a White Belt Certificate. Prior to this, I enrolled for BTech Degree in Quality, TQM and ND in Analytical Chemistry. I also hold a First Aid Certificate, with CPR and AED and Fitness Instructor Certificate.
