am a capable, bright and motivated 25-year-old South African male, born and in@Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. I am now currently residing in Pretoria and I am in the @process of completing a BCom in Supply Chain Management degree. I have 7 @years of general working experience; and 2 years managerial experience. I am an @excellent communicator both written and verbal with a diligent, dedicated and @professional approach to work.@I am an objective, driven and hardworking individual. I am computer literate, able @to work using all the MS office programs, with above-average experience with @Excel. I am also familiar with certain SAP systems. @I am proficient in English, isiZulu both written and verbal. I have good @organizational skills, co-ordination, ability to judge, vision, a degree of decisionmaking@ability and resourcefulness. @Culturally I can easily work with a diverse group of people with ease and @consideration, bearing in mind colleagues’ different backgrounds and beliefs. @Currently, I am the Branch operations supervisor of Takealot Montana, and since @being appointed at this branch myself, and my team have grown the branch to be @the best performing Takealot branch in Pretoria that is run owned by Head Office. I @have led my branch to meet all KPI’s set out by Takealot and passed all qualitative @and quantitative measurements given to us. I have an extensive record of securing @an average pass mark of 98% week after week, of production. I would also like to @mention that my branch has shown a consistency in being the lowest branch with @Customer complaints. @I have shown consistency on my regular SOP testing results whereby I’m scoring @one of the highest in my branch for knowledge on SOP, Driver Management, @Customer Service, Staff Management, Driver Training and Escalation @management. Lastly, as operations supervisor one of my many important duties is @to cash up, compile, document and report financial income and expenditure @through the day, I am proud to note that I have always produced financial reports @that have never have any negative discrepancies or shortages (Shortages). @I applied for this position in the hope that applying the minimum yet valuable @experience, exposure and skills I have acquired will render me more than satisfactory for the job and to your benefit.
