Performing site risk audit, inspection and identify the control points where the identified hazard may occur. The root causes analysis and implementation of corrective- and preventive actions.  Ability to understand and implement hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP). Implement risk management in terms of food management safety as well as risk management program. Assist in compiling risk assessment base line and annual revision of baseline risk assessment. And full knowledge of MHSA and OHS regulation.
