With the experience I have obtained through the past years working in a restaurant industry and working with
customers on a daily basis including the theory I have in customer service that was also developed while working
with 8ta as I encountered challenges, but I allowed impr ovement. I believe I have the necessary knowledge, skills
and ability to fill the position.
