- I acquired CCNA (CISCO) N+ A+ certificates and have vast knowledge of PC Concept, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Windows Explorer and Internet.
- In 2017, I got an opportunity as an experiential at Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism (LEDET), where I later got an offer as intern and now IT Support. As an IT Support, I maintain and effectively operate information technology systems by supporting daily operations. Having acquired the relevant experience and knowledge of IT support, I also believe I am a relevant candidate because of my other skills that I believe are very important for the position, such as problem solving skills (taking initiatives to research on the identified technical problems and finding practical solutions).
- One of my highlights is developing schedules to monitor IT assets and activity schedules at my current working place LEDET.

- Resolve primary technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals
- Provide exceptional customer service within the department telephonically and via email
- Creating new users work profiles and emails

- Installation of BAS, LOGIS and PERSAL software systems
- Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware & software issues

- Ensures that the Symantec Anti-Virus is always up-to-date
- Scans IT assets for control and audit purposes
- Train clients on communication software’s (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, google plus etc.)
