I am writing to express my interest in the position of Record management as advertised, as an individual who has was employed in the education sector for two years and have completed my Higher certificate in archives and records management and also furthering my studies currently in bachelor of information sciences, I can offer developed skills gained throughout my journey. I have good understanding of administration from filing to organizing. I am self driven, determined, vibrant with excellent communication skills both verbal and written and one of the most crucial traits that I have learned is being reliable because as an employer you would not want to hire someone who you cannot trust or even delegates because you would be hiring a permanent problem or stress because it is very painful and stressful to work with an individual who is is not reliable and you cannot even entrust them with big things, so I personally I am that person who becomes very happy when I see my senior being proud of my work and seeing them not regreting hiring me because I believe that one of my duties an employee is to simplify my senior, team and authority jobs/lives in a work place by making sure that I meet all my deadlines and heed to instruction and even goes an extra mile.The work environment has developed my skills in working independently and I can also perform well in a team, time management and the importance of ethical practice are some of my strengths. 
With all that mentioned I believe I can offer my full potential and become an asset to your team if granted this opportunity.
