Bokani Moyo

My name is Bokani Moyo a female aged 26. I have a degree in Sociology. I have worked and volunteered with different non governmental organizations. I also have a certificate in Nurse aide and I currently work as a health care aide. I am very passionate about doing humanitarian and social work. I can work effectively both as an individual and as a group. I am hardworking, dedicated, have good communication skills, ready to share my skills and willing to learn and advance my skills and potential in the social work field. Outside work I love reading, traveling trying new things meeting people and learning something new everyday. As a young lady I believe it's up to me to build my future and tomorrow hence I'm looking forward to get opportunity to work and learn in the social work sector. 

I worked at Indlovu youth center under Bulawayo city council in Zimbabwe as recreation leader/youth officer for a year. After graduation I also volunteered in different NGOs such as CCJP and Youth Invest. 

I then did a Nurse Aide/Caregiving course and after completion I volunteered at Poly Clinic in Zimbabwe for 3 months. Then after I got a job offer as a health care aide in South Africa which is where I'm currently working. 

Did my Ordinary level at Usher high school where I passed 7 subjects including mathematics and English. 

Went to Empandeni high school for and Advanced level where I passed all 3 subjects. 

I have a hexco certificate in Computers with a distinction. 

I hold a degree in Sociology with class 2.1. Which I attained at Great Zimbabwe University. 

I have certificate in Nurse Aide which I did at St John's ambulance
