I have worked with several teams,I believe that my experience makes me an ideal candidate for this position. I have gained extensive knowledge about how to manage a team and how to motivate players. I have also learned how to deal with different personalities and how to handle difficult situations. My experience has taught me how to handle pressure and how to make quick decisions when necessary
