My name is Bohlale Mofokeng I am a recent graduate holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and HR Management. I am interested about learning about different personalities and how to understand and align them in the workplace. I am a well organised individual with good collaborative and problem solving skills. I also possess skills in Microsoft Office and communication. I am a hard worker, quick learner and reliable. I am looking for my place in the Human Resources and Administration field. 

Detail-oriented administrative and HR professional with experience working in public healthcare and private entities. Experienced in various areas, including HR administration (PERSAL processing, leave audits, claims, and terminations); office coordination; and communication with various stakeholders. I have the ability to assist in the recruitment process, documentation, customer service, and event planning. I am adaptable, organised, and experienced in working in operational and compliance-driven environments.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology and HR Management which I obtained at Eduvos. I also have a matric certificate which I obtained at Sunward Christian Academy.
