Capaturing Invoices , technician reports , trip sheet , documents and problem tickets 

Servicing of automated machine e.g Shredders , Laminators , Binder and Guillotines

Logistics Administrator(Current Position) :

Fleet Management

Vehicle Inspection 

Dispatching of goods and drivers 

Compile a Trip Sheet for the drivers 

Obtaining qoutations for any fleet repairs

Obtaining quotattions from different courier company ( send goods outside Gauteng ) 

Filing all PODs in sequence for each month 

Compile reports on fuel usage/consumption
