About BION Ramatsetse :

Process monthly accounting necessary to generate financial statement. Including performing annual adjustment running financial system close jobs settlement and investigation into all close error massages. Monitoring of the dispatch and delivery of the orders to end clients. Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers’ companies to follow up on customers queries and complaints. Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts. Collecting of daily mail and daily banking stationery ordering. Entering suppliers’ invoices into system. Bank reconciliation and processing of payments. Other administration task as requested from time to time to ensure the efficient running of the office 

Experience

  • Maintain financial reports, bank reconciliations, and other documentation.
  • Quickly and accurately enter and code all invoices to accounts waiting for payment.
  • Help department manager process biweekly checks.
  • Research and resolve any account discrepancies.

Education

Certificate in Financial Management and Diploma in Financial Accounting
