I have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources and I believe I would make a valuable addition to your HR team. Having worked for over 15 years in the role of HR Business partner, I’m highly skilled in Recruitment, Training & Development, Remuneration, Change Management, Industrial Relations, Performance management, Facilitation and management of various teams.  I thrived at partnering with all levels of management to drive the full HR value chain within their various departments. I’ve successfully managed numerous recruitment projects under tight deadlines and have a proven track record of driving high performance within the teams that I’ve managed during my career. 

At this stage of my career, I am looking for part time work, fixed term contract or half day work in the field of Human resources.
