I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Risk Management from North West University, complemented by a postgraduate qualification in Business Management from the prestige North-West University Business School. Presently, I occupy the role of Supervisor at Nova Life, overseeing both lead generation and sales departments. In this capacity, my principal duties encompass lead generation, sales target attainment, formulation of monthly objectives, and performance evaluation. I collaborate closely with team members to optimize their productivity. Furthermore, I serve as a board member on the Equity Equality Committee and fulfill the role of company fire marshal.
