My name is Bertha Nkwana,I am 42 years of age I have 3 independents ,I started working as a counsellor since 2006 and moved to research field in 2010, I have learned different field in research an RA , administration,filling ,capturing on the EDC using different eSource e.g Redcap,VPM 1002 ,Medidata and also archives the study files, I attended the CTA course recently and ready to start as the course outlined everything I need to know, I am able to work individually and with team ,I like open communication and willing to learn all the time ,I did some self course online to add information that I have or that might be needed in my daily duties
