- Coordinate the training calendar for the PQA department
- Assessing and registration of assessor, moderator and learnerships applications
- Compile checklist for the applications
- Register all successful application
- Quality assure all the learners documents in the PQA department
- Assist with site visit for accredited provider and Fasset employers
- First assessor for provider accreditation application
- Monitoring & evaluation of all training targets to be met
- Assessing of Mandatory and discretionary grant applications
- Follow up on completions of learnerships/full qualifications and skills programme
- Ensure all proof of completions are received from providers/Professional bodies
- Issue certification for all programmes
- Issue certificates for assessors and moderators & Training providers
- Verification of data on the system
