My 30-year career as an Assistant working in organisations both big and small has shaped my personality and capabilities to such an extent that I am fit for almost any position that requires my experience. I am an extremely fast learner, should the position requires so. I am intuitive, proactive, resourceful and most importantly, I am personable, which has allowed me to build lasting relationships and thrive in even the most demanding environments. My loyalty can never be underestimated. Balancing your professional and personal life can be a challenge but it is also essential. I have an over-whelming passion for design and decor and I pursue this in my private time. Experience
My career as an Assistant spans 30 years, working in organisations both big and small, public and private. During this time, I have experienced my role evolve from its humble origins of screening calls, typing minutes and memos and managing the schedule of one manager to playing a more dynamic role in an organisation. Today I can confidently manage complex schedules for multiple managers. I am a flexible traveling companion. I have taken up the mantle of project coordinator for corporate events. I have experience in general office administration and inventory management. |
