Acted as Plant Manager for two years, overall Mill maintenance, plant workshop and office personnel (32 Staff Members). Staff members under supervision awaiting applications of appointment for new manager.

Assisted with the upgrade of Ermelo and Kinross Mills.

Manage maize milling production processes.

Supervise milling teams, Compile daily production reports, quality control

Communicate with team to ensure all work instructions are carried out.

Maximize milling efficiency of all milling equipment and minimize downtime of mill.

Reduce operational costs and waste, spillage and rejections of products.

Fully conversant with grading regulations.

Comply with companies’ world class manufacturing and performance standards, maintain and improve visual appearance of all milling equipment and optimize efficient running of all machinery.
