I am a passionate, driven and hardworking person who loves people and nature.  I thrive to do my best in everything I am expected to accomplish and work well with people of all walks of life.  I am non-judgmental and patient.  I am good at problem resolution and able to find alternatives where most people only find the challenge.  I am observant, dedicated and sensitive to my surroundings which allows people to open up to me easily.  I am very task driven and am mindful about those around me.  Teamwork is important and together people can create a healthy working culture to thrive in.  I can explain things I undestand very well, am a great organiser, have project managed events and cross-regional teams, I have worked very well in virtual scenarios and have good business knowledge, Sawwy and determination.  Life has made me strong even though I am a soft person. 19 years in financial services and HR as payroll administrator, Generalist, Consultant and HCBP&OD Consultant.  I have worked with all HR aspects and my exposure is very broad which includes, but is not limited to; Talent management and od development and profiling, Consulting, Employee or labour relations, Policy and process workflows and applications, generating systems, people management, performance management, reporting and dealing with difficult situations or tough conversations, client relations, recruitment, query management, succession planning, ccma cases, remuneration, audits and compliance, HRIS.  I have worked as an all-rounder as well as specialist.  I am ready for a lead role but also very happy in any specialist type function.  I am really focused on adding value.
