I am a Master HR Professional - Generalist, registered with the SABPP - Number 7854.

I have been proactive in the HR environment within excess of 20 years hands-on experience and the qualifications to match. I am a Human Relations specialist with a qualification in Industrial Psychology and Counselling. 

I have worked as a HR Manager in most sectors from tourism to manufacturing. My CV tells it all.

I have been in several Unions from the old SALSTAFF, SATAWU, AIWU (VICE-CHAIR) to mention but a few.

I sat on several Boards and committees w. r. t. Training & Development i. e. SASSETA (5-year term) Services Seta (Regional Council seat 3-year term). I also represented at MERSETA.

I represented regionally various company's and private clients at CCMA / IMMSA, as well as Bargaining Councils e. g. MIBCO and RFIBC.

I was the Chairperson of the EEA committee in several of the companies that I worked for and did some consulting on EE as well.

I also have a qualification to establish Boards in companies and to run them. There is many more that I can say, but will leave it here for now.

I loved doing my undergraduate degree. I was very fortunate that Coleman Andrews during his tenure at SAA, as CEO. paid for all three of my degree's. One will always remember and have special meaning to any person that first time you were capped.

My most relevant is my Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Newport University, California, U. S. A. The govenor at the time was none other than Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was indeed an honour.

My subjects were, Human Resources & Industrial Relations (Electives). Personnel Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Macroeconomics, Management Development, Business Management, Research & Methodology and finally a dissertation.

Why this particular degree, because its my first degree and the on ly subject that I have not used much in this degree, is Macroeconomics.
