Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and ensuring that the guests’ rooms, restaurant, public areas and the grounds are clean.
  • Managing all aspects of food and beverages
  • Monitoring room sales and reservations
  • Managing daily restaurant and guests’ rooms operations ensuring the quality service and standards
  • Managing the finances of the business
  • Overseeing and monitoring staff, learners’perfomance to ensure that the guests are happy, and that facility is well run.
