I have over eight years of progressive experience in financial operations, reconciliation, treasury support, and cash management across high-volume and regulated environments. I currently work as a Reconciliation Specialist, where I manage daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliations, oversee payment processing and bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external processors, and support audit and compliance requirements. My experience includes treasury operations, cash flow monitoring, processor funding, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting support using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 365 Business Central. Previously, I held senior supervisory and management roles overseeing cash centres, operations, and logistics, where I developed strong leadership, risk management, and process control skills. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

I am currently completing an N4 Certificate in Financial Management through Oxbridge Academy, which has strengthened my understanding of financial accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. I also hold a National Higher Certificate, which provided a solid foundational education and supported the development of analytical thinking, discipline, and professional work ethic. My studies, combined with extensive practical experience in financial operations and reconciliations, enable me to apply sound financial knowledge within structured, compliance-driven environments.
