• Ensure daily receipt and processing of tenant payments.
• Initiate and manage write-off processes as needed.
• Oversee the refund process for tenants' deposits.

I have extensive experience in the Commercial, Industrial, and Retail Property Management industry environment for more than 10 years.  

I obtained my Advanced Diploma in Real Estate at the University of Johannesburg in the year 2023 and am awaiting for my certificate.
